From the first Zoom call with Juliana, Luke, and their wedding planner, Katie, I knew their wedding was going to be something extremely special. Both the bride and groom exuded excitement and joy as we walked through the logistics and vision for their wedding. I didn’t realize just how special it would be until our site visit to their family estate in Eldon, Missouri.
Upon arrival, we were greeted at the gate and served a home-cooked meal before walking the property. Every inch of acreage was pristine, and they even had an onsite hotel for our team to stay in. White buffalo roamed the grounds just below us. We knew we were going to use a tent for the reception, and upon seeing the property, we all immediately agreed that a tidewater tent was the way to go.
Juliana had visions of hanging flowers, but with this kind of tent, there were no rigging points to hang a structure from. So, we opted for a free-standing floral arch to cover the 32-foot head table instead. Thousands of hydrangeas in shades of blue and white filled both the ceremony and reception. We mimicked that structure on the outside of the tent entrance, creating a WOW moment for guests as they entered.
