I will forever be grateful for Haleigh and her team who worked many hours (even during an Oklahoma storm) to make our day special, beautiful, and memorable.
I have loved flowers since I was a little girl and have always had fresh florals in our home, so as a designer myself I knew choosing the right floral designer would be an important role in ensuring the right aesthetic and mood for Mia and Baird’s wedding.
Mia chose a Spring wedding date knowing we would have access to multiple floral varieties including Peonies, her favorite flowers. We wanted the florals to play an important role in the overall romantic feel and look of the wedding, highlighting the country club’s entrance, reception ballrooms and the seated dinner tablescapes.
It was clear from our first meeting with Haleigh that she “got us” and understood Mia’s timeless romantic design wishes. We worked closely with Haleigh and our amazing wedding planner, Meg Owen, collaborating on the specific color palette and preferred flower varieties and then turned it over for her to use her creativity and talented design ideas after that.
Mia always dreamed of having an all Peony bridal bouquet which Haleigh perfectly made happen even though it was early in the season for Peonies! I focused my wishes on the club’s presentation with flowering the iconic fountain outside of the club’s entrance, the floral tree in the middle of the custom bar and the table decor. Haleigh and her team made it all beautifully happen including installing the outdoor flowers despite the day’s storms which circled around us that afternoon.
Haleigh’s sweet and fun demeanor was a perfect fit for us as she would get equally as exited as Mia and I as we talked through our multiple ideas. She was a joy to work with, communicated well throughout the process and was always professional in dealing with every aspect of our floral journey.
The end result was breathtakingly beautiful, she made our vision come to life and exceeded our expectations. I can honestly say I would recommend her over and over.
