Welcome to XO, where we have unrivaled expertise in making your wedding dreams come true. From the moment you inquire with us, our journey together begins with meticulous planning and a commitment to excellence. At XO, we elevate every aspect of your floral design experience, ensuring that each bloom reflects your unique style and vision.

INQUIRE
WITH US

Fill out our contact form with as much detail as possible, and we’ll schedule an in-person meeting to chat about all things flowers.

step 2

INITIAL CONSULTATION

You will come into our studio so we can get to know you and start building your dream wedding floral design vision.

step 3

PROPOSAL PRESENTATION

We will build a custom, itemized quote that lists everything we discussed in our initial consultation. From here, you will prioritize your wants and make any necessary adjustments, additions, or changes before paying your deposit.

step 4

MOOD BOARD DELIVERY

Once you have secured your date, we will put your design in queue to create a mood board of floral design and vessel selections. This will give you something to visualize and bring to our final meeting.

step 5

FINAL MEETING

5-6 weeks out from event

This meeting takes place around five weeks out, when you have your final RSVP count, so we can make any necessary changes to your estimated counts. We will also go over your mood board at this time and take note of any aesthetic floral changes.

Book out our weekend and have our undivided attention, perfect for destination or multi-event weekend weddings.

Booking our exclusive package ensures you get our entire team’s complete focus and dedication. From the rehearsal dinner to the farewell brunch, we are committed to making every event seamless and unforgettable. Our team will be there every step of the way, managing every detail and providing personalized service to ensure your wedding weekend is as perfect as you’ve envisioned. With this package, you can relax and enjoy your special moments, knowing that every floral arrangement will be impeccably designed and executed with the utmost care.

XO does a maximum of 3 unless they’ve booked our exclusive package, then we’re ALL YOURS!
For one of a kind (hasn’t been done before) installations we do complimentary 3-D renderings and we offer in person mock-ups at an additional cost.
Anywhere and everywhere! We use our local farms as much as possible and have wholesalers/suppliers in and outside of the U.S.

Haleigh is a seasoned floral designer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Discover the art of flower arranging through hands-on guidance, expert tips, and creative inspiration. Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned enthusiast, Haleigh’s passion and expertise will elevate your floral design skills to new heights. Stay tuned for upcoming workshops and events, and get ready to learn, create, and be inspired by one of the best in the business!

NO WORKSHOPS SCHEDULED

No workshops are blooming right now, but we have something fun in the works! Check back often or enter your email to be the first to hear about our next floral fun!
Typically we do 3-4 per year in our off-season.
Our workshops can accommodate up to 35 people, providing an intimate and engaging setting for each participant. So gather your girlfriends and join us!
The workshop pricing varies based on the type of workshop and the products included, with an average cost typically around $150.
